Jim is not your usually Real Estate agent. He knows what sells your home. It is his passion and full time vocation. He instructed my us on how to prepare our home for the market place and helped us every step of the way. Most realtors will tell you to spent tens of 1000 dollars to prepare your home, which you will never recoup once you sell your home. He has an expert eye for what sells your home and how to do it. He sold our home in 4 months! We though that it would take much longer and the best part we receive an offer that was more than the market place's selling percentage. He also guided us in buying our new home and making the right selection for our family. We were looking at a smaller home and he felt that it would not provide us with the living space and quality of life we were looking for. We ended up buying a bigger home through his guidance and we are so happy we did. If we had bought the smaller home we would have made a mistake and been looking for another home in short course. Jim is an all-around fantastic broker. He was able to help me through an especially tough situation and still get an amazing offer in a timely fashion. At first I was honestly not sure it would work out given the circumstances (late cycle listing, historically cold weather, I'm a fickle customer, and at one point my condo association nixed a deal!). But Jim persisted and kept up hope, showed my unit religiously, and in the end got me a deal that I couldn't say no to. He really pulled off a miracle in my opinion. My overall experience with Jim was very good and I would highly recommend him. He was my agent in both the buying and selling of my properties. When I initially approached Jim about the selling of my previous property the real estate market was about to enter its slow down phase before the holidays.
